Yet, the lack of food since this morning and the darkened room is making you feel very slow...
The title of the puzzle suggests a passive ability, furthered by the fact that there appears to be no actual puzzle to solve.
Moving the mouse causes a white block to slowly follow it, making the text invisible in the main area. The text further suggests that it is slow.
